Audit of processes

Whatever the project is, after goals and objectives definition and formalization, audit is required.

During this phase, we model and measure operations. We identify obstacles and propose working directions prior to improvement directions.

For simple cases, the clarification we bring with our models and reports is enough for our customers and they continue their projects by themselves.

For more complex cases, like projects with external experts or projects with a large number of participants, we carry on our audit mission with system definition and implementation plans. We establish realistic plans together with our customers thanks to our methods, tools and technical skills that are specialized in the rich media environment.
